Ivy Journey Content & Writing Reviewer (REMOTE)

We provide personalized, comprehensive, and ethical guidance to help students navigate the complex college admissions process with confidence and success. We believe every student has a unique and compelling story to tell, and we are dedicated to helping them craft an engaging narrative and build a personal brand that resonates with admissions committees and differentiates them from other applicants. We are looking for passionate and self-driven Content & Writing Reviewers to provide offline content review and writing support to students in their college admissions journey.
Primary/Key Responsibilities

Review college application personal statements, supplemental essays, and resumes with fast turnaround (24-48 hours)

Offer constructive feedback and commentary to help students tailor their messaging and present their best selves

Develop thought leadership, blog posts and informational articles as needed

Assist with marketing endeavors and institutional programming as needed

Provide essay writing suggestions and recommendations for students based on their interests, academic strengths, and other relevant factors
Required Skills

Exceptional writing skills with a deep knowledge of college essay editing

Effective interpersonal communication skills

Aptitude to think critically and solve problems

Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
Qualifications

Current undergraduate student (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior) working towards a Bachelor's degree or candidate that has obtained a Bachelor's degree from a top US university

Available to accommodate flexible work schedule depending on student demand (especially during the application season from August through December)
